Should

RMA form which details the terms & conditions of return, and
send to returns@pyramid-ltd.co.uk

The
Returns Authorisation Form must have all customer specific sections
completed in full before a return’s number can be issued.
Pyramid®
have accepted your application to return goods upon issue of a
return’s number, however this does not imply admission of any
fault or liability on our behalf.
The
Returns Authorisation is valid for a period of 10 working days
from the date of issue and only for the item(s) listed for
authorisation for return . If an advance exchange has been
arranged an invoice will be raised for the replacement item and
a credit note will be issued upon receipt of the faulty item.
Item(s)
to be returned must be returned as supplied with all relevant
manuals, cables etc. and in the original packaging.
Pyramid®
reserve the right to levy a 20% handling and restocking charge
or a minimum of £15.00 for the item(s) returned as ordered in
error or as defective or damaged, which are subsequently proven
to be serviceable.
Failure
to comply with these procedures will result in your returns failing
to be processed.
Items
must be correctly packaged and protected when being returned,
failure to do so will result in the item being refused.
